Product Overview
The DJL series connectors are dedicated modular power interface products, fully interchangeable with similar products from other manufacturers. This series utilizes advanced single-leaf rotary hyperboloid wire spring sockets and crown spring sockets as contact elements, resulting in high dynamic contact reliability.
The contacts in this series are gold-plated or silver-plated. The plug has pins, and the socket has sockets. Each type of pin in this series is typically available in long and standard versions to meet different user requirements; customization is also available upon request.
Note: The crown spring material is high-elasticity, high-strength bronze-plated. The crown spring structure provides a smooth, rounded contact surface, resulting in gentler insertion and removal while ensuring maximum contact area. Therefore, crown spring sockets have low contact resistance (low voltage drop), low temperature rise, and high shock and vibration resistance, thus providing high dynamic contact reliability.
