Our PDU Workshop
Our pdu workshop utilizes a fully digital management ecosystem. The shop floor is equipped with high-resolution digital displays that provide real-time updates on key performance indicators (KPIs), production progress, and workflow status. By integrating digital Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), end-to-end Manufacturing Execution System (MES) monitoring, and dynamic displays, we have created an intelligent, transparent, and responsive production environment, thereby elevating production efficiency and product quality to the highest standards.

Fully automated injection molding workshop
The workshop employs automated machinery to assemble connectors with high precision and efficiency.This allows connectors to be mass-produced and assembled, and is commonly used in various industries such as electronics, automotive, telecommunications, and industrial equipment.
We use injection molding machines to heat and pressurize thermoplastic or thermosetting plastics and inject them into a mold cavity to create plastic products of various shapes.
This is our Fully automated injection molding workshop, equipped with robotic arms + automatic inspection.
The central material preparation area is equipped with a central feeding system and a central mixing system respectively.
Power Cord & Cable Whips Workshop
In the context of power cords, a wiring harness may be used to group together several power cords or other electrical components for ease of use and better management, particularly in complex electrical systems.
CNC Lathe Workshop
The movement of the cutting tool is precisely controlled by a pre-written program, so that material can be removed from the workpiece efficiently and accurately to produce complex or high-precision parts made of metal, plastic and other materials.
