A: Absolutely. We offer free standard samples for testing. For customized samples, a small tooling fee may apply depending on your requirements.
A: For regular connectors, we usually keep some stock in warehouse. For customized cables, lead time is around 2 weeks. For PDU products, lead time is around 2-3 weeks. New mould lead time is around 3-4 weeks.
A: Yes, we provide full technical support and warranty services.
We have a professional team based on USA, who can provide support on site.
A: Carry out production strictly in accordance with SOP requirements.
QA will do first article assurance and routing inspection.
